Annual Meeting

You are all invited to the Southside Annual Member Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, September 15, at 5:30pm in Hospitality Hall (in the basement of the school building). At the annual meeting, we will review last year's accomplishments and challenges, and welcome the coming school year. There will also be a brief review of our Schoolwide Title I program, where we will discuss the ways Southside works to improve learning for all students.

This year at the annual meeting, we will also hold board member elections. You will receive board candidate information in advance of the meeting. Those eligible to vote for board candidates are: teachers and school staff, all current board members, and all parents and guardians of students currently enrolled at the school. 

We strongly encourage everyone in our community to attend the meeting, even if you are not an eligible voter. It will also be a potluck event, so bring a dish or beverage to share if you are able.
